These guys are great!

These guys are great! I was returning to Boulder on a 1300 mile road trip over the holidays, and my truck broke down just as I was passing Denver. The whole situation seemed bleak. It was New Years eve, I had significant plans the next day, and I was stuck with very little options. I contacted Allegiance Automotive and spoke with the manager Jim. He recommended a great towing company that really worked with me to get my truck to their shop in Boulder. Did I mention this was the afternoon of New Years eve?! Jim and two of the mechanics, Kelly and Marcin, worked through problem after problem to get my vehicle fixed that evening. It was not easy finding irregular parts given the timing. They were even willing to stay open later if need be, since the shop was going to be closed for the following few days over the holiday weekend. Throughout the entire experience, each staff member went out of their way at some point to make sure I was taken care of and kept informed of the progress. I have never experienced customer service on such an exceptional level before.
